All of Eagle Watch Security officers will make sure that all buildings, valuables and people are safe and secure. They will prevent theft and damage and deal with all emergencies. Their work will often include patrolling, securing and monitoring premises with the aid of closed circuit television, (CCTV)

All security officers will be:

• Mature, responsible and honest
• Healthy and physically fit
• Able to work with technical equipment such as (CCTV)
• Have the confidence to challenge people when necessary
• Able to use initiative and make quick decisions to deal with unexpected situations

All officers will keep accurate records and be able to write concise reports on any incidents that may arise. Their duties may also involve customer care, signing in visitors, giving directions and working in partnership with the client’s staff and visitors. During the course of their assignment Eagle Watch Security officers will show good judgement and common sense, follow directions and directives from supervisors, and follow company policy and guidelines. All officers will be professional in appearance and attitude and be able to communicate and interact with the public.
